Save money on your transit needs with our Reduced Fare program, designed to make public transportation more affordable for eligible individuals. With reduced fares starting at just $0.25 per ride for peak and premium trips, public transportation is a cost-effective way to travel throughout Corpus Christi.

Reduced fare is a discounted rate on CCRTA transit services offered to eligible individuals including seniors, people with disabilities, Medicare card holders, and students. This program helps make public transportation more accessible and affordable for those who qualify.

With reduced fare, eligible riders can save significantly on regular CCRTA fares - paying just $0.25 for a single ride compared to the regular $0.75 fare, and only $11 for a 31-day pass instead of $30.

To receive reduced fare, you must present one of these valid forms of identification when boarding:

The B-ID card is the official CCRTA identification that allows you to purchase a 31-Day Reduced Fare Pass and qualify for reduced fares.

Reduced fare passes can only be purchased at the CCRTA Customer Service Center with a valid B-ID Card.
