Flex route buses run on a fixed path and schedule, but passengers can request a special pick-up or stop at designated Flex bus stops on that route.
Flex stops are designated bus stops within the Flex service area where the bus will stop only upon a passenger's request.
Flex routes combine the convenience and affordability of public transit with on-demand access within a dedicated area.
FLEX stops run along two of our fixed-routes: Route 65, and Route 93.
Just look for the “FLEX” bus stop sign and call 833-RTA-FLEX for a pick-up!
Flex pickups are available only on-demand, and only by phone, and cannot be scheduled in advance.
Delays are possible. We estimate a maximum of 30 minutes.
Flex stop pickups are requested by phone, but to be dropped off at a FLEX stop on the route, just make a request with the driver as you board.
Please be mindful: In order to get a Flex stop dropoff, it is important that you let the driver know where you are going at time of boarding.

FLEX buses, like all CCRTA services, are ADA compliant, and equipped to accommodate passengers who use wheelchairs.
