We accept cash, bus passes, or transfers to board the bus. Credit and debit cards are not currently accepted on the bus.

Step 2: Buy Your Fare or Pass
CCRTA offers serveral options for paying your fare.
GoPass Mobile App
You can purchase your bus pass using the GoPass Mobile App.
On the Bus
No need to wait. You start your trip now and purchase your pass directly from the driver.
HEB Stores
You can purchase your bus pass in any one of many area HEB stores.
Buy Online
You can purchase your bus pass from the CCRTA online store.

Step 3: At the Bus Stop
Follow these important steps when waiting for your bus.
Steps
- Arrive early & verify bus stop number.
- Have your pass ready.
- Verify route number and location information on the bus display.
Step 4: Boarding & Riding
Follow these steps when boarding the bus.
Steps
- Wait for bus to stop before boarding and watch your step
- Insert your boarding pass/cash into the fare box
- Find a seat and enjoy the ride
Step 6: Exiting & Destination
Follow these steps when reaching your destination.
Steps
- To request a stop, pull the "stop request cord" or button at least a block before your destination
- Gather all of your personal items & wait for the bus to come to a complete stop
- Watch your step while exiting the bus
